Booking terms
Booking can be made via the website, by phone, or via email.
The booking becomes effective when it has been confirmed orally, in writing, or for example, via email and when the booking number has been received. The booking confirmation includes booking details, booking terms, and prices. Changes to the booking can be made via the Guest Application, by phone (+358 407071425 / +358 505919401), or by email (info@livingarchipelago.fi).
Payment
Payment is made at the time of booking, and you then have the opportunity to order optional extras, such as sauna, breakfast, or activities. If payment for the booking is desired to be made later, the booking must be made via email (info@livingarchipelago.fi).
Cancellation terms

Cancellation over 14 days before arrival: No charges apply.

Cancellation under 14 days before arrival: 50% of the booking will be charged.

Cancellation under 7 days before arrival: 100% of the booking will be charged.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in at 3:00 PM (if you wish to check in earlier, please contact customer service).
Check-out at 12:00 PM (if you wish to check out later, please contact customer service).
